COVID 19 UPDATE (MAY 2021)

Despite the gradual lifting of the lockdown. Happy Energy Solutions Ltd. are taking a cautious approach.  Our team are still working from home to avoid public transport but also to continue to save carbon through reducing all forms of travel. The information below explains what our current status is:

  • We are currently taking new grant applications through this website.

  • New grant applications are being processed, which includes undertaking all necessary checks to obtain relevant permissions and verify eligibility, we will then progress the application to assess what energy efficiency / carbon saving measures are viable. 

  • If viable measures exist, the grant application will be progressed to have a Whole House Assessment undertaken.  An Assessment will only take place based upon specific criteria.  There is also a considerable backlog of assessments still to be progressed from the previous lockdowns etc.  PLEASE be patient if you do not hear from us - we will arrange an assessment for you (subject to eligibility requirements / criteria), but these are taking place strictly in order of application, priority and prevailing COVID conditions.

  • Homes which have been assessed, will have their Energy Plan produced and, if accepted, will then be placed into a queue for final compliance check to be undertaken, enabling works and, if passed, to be booked for installation - all subject to any COVID restrictions and priority criteria.

  • Customers who have an issue with a heating system, which we have previously installed, can obtain assistance by going direct to the manufacturers’ website in the first instance, as they provide the product warranty (see below), failing that please email: operations@happyenergy.co.uk

Due to the large back of applications and works, we would ask that all contact continues to be made via email, and only in response to a request from us, which will enable us to respond to people in the order in which grant applications were made and to identify and support any vulnerable customers who may be most in need.
